    Why is herbal medicine often called “The People’s Medicine”? Because plants are here for all of us! The practice of using plants as medicine is often passed down through generations, and can be traced back thousands of years in human history. In this class, you will learn some of the foundations of herbal medicine & simple yet effective home remedies for everyday care. You will leave the class with more confidence to incorporate herbs into your life.

    $30 - Limited to 10 participants

    Learn how to incorporate healing herbs into your kitchen with easy to make recipes!

    The recipes chosen for this class will be catered to participants dietary preferences. Come with a bit of an appetite. Leave with new skills on how to incorporate herbs into your everyday life and a few recipe handouts to try at home.
